1. Turn on Developer mode in ChatGPT. Custom connectors stay hidden until you do. OpenAI explains where it lives, and where connectors live, in Developer mode and MCP apps in ChatGPT.

2. Copy the Frontitude address. ChatGPT asks for it in the next step.

3. Add it as a custom connector.

4. Sign in when ChatGPT sends you to Frontitude. Pick your workspace, then choose which tools ChatGPT may use.

To check it worked, ask ChatGPT which Frontitude workspace it's connected to. It should name yours.
